  Before you can use these pages, you need to register with Montlake to receive a user ID and password. If you have not yet registered or been given an ID and Password,

• A browser that supports cookies
  Cookies are small text files that the server sends to your computer. This site uses temporary cookies to maintain state. Without a cookie you would asked to supply your password every time you requested a new page from the server. You can imagine how annoying that would be. The cookies that are set by this site are not "persistent", that is, they are deleted from your system when you close your browser.
• Cookies enabled
  Even if your browser supports cookies, most browsers allow you to disable them. If cookies are disabled, it's as good as if your browser doesn't support them. To enable cookies in Microsoft Internet Explorer 5, click on the "Tools" menu item, then select the "Security" tab of the Internet Options dialog box. Make sure the "Internet Zone" is selected and click on "Custom Level". In the "Security Settings" dialog, scroll down to the "Allow per-session cookies" item and make sure the "Enable" radio button is selected.
